With his collages Olivier Grossetête has succeeded in creating a completely personal plastic language stamped not only with irony but with poeticism and criticism.
Created from administrative documents, banknotes, parking tickets and fines, it calls upon reality to invent new fiction. Play is the keyword and words are no longer the key. Playing with words is a pretext for embarrassing the collective fiction of the material used: tickets and fines are now only colours, banknotes are a colour palette at the service of this fabricated individual fiction.
